Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 March 2026. These terms govern your use of https://vrexalonprthol.world/ and purchases of Calmora Active from Vrexalonprthol.

1. Operator identification

These Terms of Service form a contract between you and Vrexalonprthol, Nørrebrogade 8, 2200 København, Denmark, email support@vrexalonprthol.world, phone +45 69 16 41 01 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the website, placing an order, or ticking the policy confirmation box on forms, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering binding obligations. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Product information and regulatory status

Calmora Active is marketed as a food supplement. Product descriptions, photographs, and suggested use are for information only and do not replace reading the label on the physical product. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and are not substitutes for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. We comply with applicable EU and Danish rules on food information and responsible presentation.

We may adjust formulations, packaging artwork, or supplier references when required by regulation or quality improvements, provided the product remains materially consistent with what was ordered or we offer you a remedy under consumer law.

4. Prices, taxes, and currency

Prices are displayed in euro (€) including applicable Danish VAT where required for consumers in Denmark, unless the checkout clearly states otherwise for cross-border sales. If VAT or customs duties apply differently because of your delivery address, the checkout or carrier documentation will reflect the final amounts where technically feasible.

We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. If an error could not reasonably have been recognised by you, you may cancel without cost.

5. Ordering process and contract formation

Product presentation on the website constitutes an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email or other durable medium, unless we notify you that we cannot accept the order (for example due to stock or compliance reasons).

Order forms on the site collect the data needed to contact you and arrange fulfilment. Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate dispatch if additional verification is required for fraud prevention.

6. Payment

Payment methods available at checkout are described during purchase. Payment processing is handled by regulated payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment instrument.

7. Delivery, risk, and title

Delivery times communicated on the website or in emails are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to a carrier access point you selected. Title passes when we receive full payment and the product has been dispatched, unless mandatory national law provides otherwise.

If delivery fails because of inaccurate information you supplied, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer protection law, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. Because food supplements fall into a sensitive category, the right may be limited once protective seals are broken. Full details appear in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To exercise the withdrawal right where available, notify us clearly before the deadline using the contact details in section 1.

9. Legal guarantees and commercial warranties

Consumers benefit from statutory conformity guarantees under applicable law, including the Danish Sale of Goods Act as modified by EU directives on digital and consumer sales where relevant. Commercial warranties, if any, are described separately on the product page or packaging and do not limit statutory rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, except where such exclusion is void under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, layout, graphics, and trademarks associated with Vrexalonprthol or Calmora Active, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit the site for competing commercial purposes without written consent.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, harassing staff, or submitting false orders. We may suspend access and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.

13. Communications

We send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) as necessary to perform the contract. Marketing messages require a separate legal basis, typically consent or soft opt-in where permitted. You may opt out of marketing as described in each message and in our Privacy Policy.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, public health measures, supply chain interruptions, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact support@vrexalonprthol.world first so we can attempt to resolve concerns. EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a specific body unless required by law.

16. Governing law and venue

For consumers resident in Denmark, these terms are governed by Danish law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in Denmark as permitted by EU law. For business customers, Danish law applies and venue is Copenhagen, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the policies linked from the website, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter they cover, superseding prior inconsistent understandings unless fraud is involved.

18. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. For material updates affecting existing orders, we provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is legally valid.

19. Pre-order and back-order scenarios

If we offer items not yet in stock, estimated availability dates are non-binding estimates. You may cancel without charge until dispatch unless a separate deposit agreement applies and is clearly disclosed at checkout.

20. Gift purchases

When you purchase as a gift, ensure the recipient agrees to receive food supplements and understands label directions. The contract beneficiary for statutory consumer rights is typically the person who paid unless national law assigns rights differently.

21. Export and import compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that importing Calmora Active into your country is lawful. We may cancel orders where sanctions, embargoes, or carrier restrictions apply.

22. Assignment

We may assign the contract to a successor in connection with a merger or asset sale, provided your rights are not diminished. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

23. Language

The English version of these terms governs the relationship unless mandatory local law requires another language priority for consumers in a specific Member State.
